Everlasting Hope teams up with RESOLVE

BISMARCK, N.D. – One in eight couples are affected by infertility and one in four of those couples cannot afford treatment, according to RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association.

Everlasting Hope is a non-profit formed in North Dakota to provide assistance to patients who must pay out-of-pocket for medical care not covered by insurance.

To help bring awareness to this issue that affects so many North Dakota couples, the first North Dakota DIY Walk of Hope will be held in Bismarck at the Capitol Sunday at 2 p.m.

RESOLVE has held several walks throughout the country. The money raised at the walk will be going back to RESOLVE.

“And we are here to raise awareness on infertility, but we also are raising money to provide financial assistance to those going through infertility who might not have insurance or financial means to pay for treatment,” said Tara Brandner, Everlasting Hope. Leaders of the nonprofit say the struggle to become pregnant or to sustain a pregnancy can often be a lonely and isolating journey and it hopes to help those individuals.
